All you need to remember

 

God does not pledge to exempt us from fiery trials and troublesome temptations - nor even to prevent persecution, but He does undertake to limit its intensity and to provide a way of escape, so that we may be able to bear it.

All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he’ll never let you be pushed past your limit; he’ll always be there to help you come through it.
